Response time
We aim to respond to all support requests within 48 hours on business days.
Report categories.
Go to Settings → Support and reports in the app to submit a report. Select the category that best fits and include as much detail as possible.
Toxicity
Aggressive or deliberately inflammatory behaviour in a room.
Harassment
Targeted, repeated behaviour intended to intimidate or distress another user.
Hate speech
Language targeting someone based on race, nationality, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
Spam
Unsolicited promotion, repeated noise, or disruptive non-football content.
Audio abuse
Excessively loud audio, deliberate background noise, or mic misuse to disrupt a room.
Reports made during active live rooms are flagged as urgent and reviewed with priority. All reports are confidential.
