Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Crowd11 application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Service description
Crowd11 is a live audio platform that connects football fans through real-time voice rooms tied to live and upcoming fixtures. The service includes matchmaking, news rooms, match alerts, and in-room communication features. Crowd11 is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Crowd11. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian permission. We reserve the right to terminate accounts we believe are operated by users below the minimum age.
Your account
You are responsible for all activity under your crowd name. You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding and keep it up to date. Crowd11 reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or our community standards.

Audio rooms and content
Rooms on Crowd11 are live and ephemeral. We do not record room audio. You are solely responsible for what you say in a room. By joining, you consent to other participants hearing your voice. You may not record, broadcast, or redistribute room audio without explicit consent from all participants.
Reporting and moderation
If you encounter behaviour that violates these terms, please use the in-app report feature. We review all reports and prioritise incidents during live rooms. Repeated or bad-faith reports may result in action against the reporting account. Our moderation decisions are final.
Intellectual property
All content, branding, design, and software comprising Crowd11 is owned by Crowd11 or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service. Club crests and match data are the property of their respective rights holders and are used under licence.
Service availability
We aim to keep Crowd11 available around the clock, particularly during live fixtures, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or limit access for maintenance or security without notice. Crowd11 is not liable for losses arising from service downtime.
Disclaimers and liability
Crowd11 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of match data or content shared by users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crowd11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Remove Account. We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy. Sections on IP, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to courts of competent jurisdiction.
